Illegal Cigarettes Seized Oct 10, 2007, 11:57 Local RCMP Traffic Services uncovered some illegal tobacco over the weekend. They've charged an Ontario man with one count of Possession of Unstamped Tobacco, one count of Unlawfully Importing Tobacco into Saskatchewan, and one count of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime. Roger Blanchard of Clarence Creek, Ontario was stopped on Highway # 1 just east of Caronport on Saturday at 1:30 in the afternoon. RCMP seized a total of 750 cartons of cigarettes.
